Oxton Hall

New-Build Residential

SDA was approached to carry out the sensitive subdivision of a garden plot to create a new family dwelling within the setting of Oxton Village Conservation Area and a listed building. The design has been carefully composed to make efficient use of the site, while maintaining the privacy and outlook of neighbouring buildings. Referencing the prominent local Merseyside sandstone, Welsh slate and Portland stone, the newbuild combines traditional building materials with a contemporary aesthetic, while an air source heat pump, solar panels, and highly insulated building shell help reduce carbon output.
